In general, we strive to deliver items within 4-12 business days from the dispatch date.

 

RETURN POLICY

That's why we proudly provide a hassle-free money-back guarantee for ANY item purchased from our store that exhibits a QUALITY DEFECT. Please note that returns are not accepted for PERSONALIZED UNDAMAGED items. If your item arrives damaged, we are committed to offering you a replacement or a refund. Furthermore, there's no need to go through the hassle of returning the damaged item – you can keep it!

If your product is NOT PERSONALIZED, we offer a refund and/or exchange within 30 days of your purchase.  Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your non-personalized, undamaged item.
